What You’ll Do:
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to each guest.
- Present and describe menu items, specials, and signature drinks with confidence.
- Manage tables efficiently from seating through to final billing.
- Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen, and fellow servers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
- A professional attitude, basic knowledge, and an interest in learning are required.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in wine, cocktails, and elevated casual dining is an asset.
