The CleanStreak Co. is currently seeking a dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team.

This position starts part-time, with the opportunity to transition into full-time as we continue to expand and bring on new clients. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

While previous cleaning experience is an asset, we're more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We can teach our systems—we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Starting wage: $20.00/hour during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of probation, wages increase to $22.00/hour.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, as you'll be traveling to various commercial cleaning locations throughout Abbotsford.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize using professional cleaning equipment and products.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness for floors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed.




- Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
- Report maintenance concerns or issues that require attention.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Represent The CleanStreak Co. professionally at all client locations.

Qualifications

- Commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Coachable and able to receive feedback well.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to provide at least two professional references.
