Our manufacturing and service client in Surrey is recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily and weekly insulation schedules

· Monitor progress across multiple job sites

· Support production planning

· Track all projects in Tsheets, Slack and Procure

· Collaborate with subcontractors, internal team and external customers

· Organize daily list of tasks

· Partner with Outside Sales Rep and coordinate projects with them

Requirements

· Solid multi tasking skills required for this role

· Detail oriented

· Works well under pressure

· Positive and upbeat attitude

· Be extremely organized

· Handle high volume of emails and phone calls throughout the day.

· Organize sales reps and technicians for each project

Pay: $73,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
