Duties

- Perform skilled massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage to meet client needs.
- Assess client conditions and discuss their wellness goals to customize treatment plans effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation standards and organizational policies.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their comfort levels, treatment procedures, and aftercare recommendations.
- Keep detailed records of each session, including client feedback and treatment notes for future reference.




- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy practices and certifications to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Promote additional wellness services or products when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist with valid certification or licensing as required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to better understand client conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to client needs.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client questions or concerns.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele.
- Certification in CPR or first aid is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain if necessary.
