Shift Schedule: 7:00 Am onwards, sometimes OT.

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Job Location: Delta, BC

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for mounting and basic wiring of components with standard layouts/options, performs sub-assembly functions, as required, and developing enhanced wiring skills under the direction of a more experienced Electrical Assembler

Responsibilities:

- Assemble electrical and mechanical parts using simple instructions.
- Mount components onto panels, enclosures, or other assemblies.
- Complete basic wiring by following drawings and diagrams.
- Perform simple quality checks to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Build small sub-assemblies for the production team.
- Move completed parts to the next production area.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Help with basic inventory tasks, such as counting materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.




- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Required Qualifications

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valuable attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical assembly skills.
- Experience with basic wiring schematic symbols is an asset.
