Aesthetician / Laser Technician.

About the Role

Reporting to the Clinic Leadership Team, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient experiences from the initial consultation through treatment completion and ongoing maintenance.

You will be responsible for building trust with patients, developing personalized treatment plans, recommending appropriate skincare solutions, and delivering advanced aesthetic treatments that produce outstanding clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive skin consultations and assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and concerns
- Deliver advanced medical aesthetic and laser treatments with confidence and attention to detail
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes,



aftercare, and long-term skin health
- Recommend professional skincare products and treatment programs that support optimal results
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional patient care and follow-up
- Consistently achieve consultation conversion, treatment plan, and retail skincare goals through education and trust-based recommendations
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Stay current on new technologies, products, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

- Certification as a Medical Aesthetician and/or Laser Technician
- Previous experience performing advanced medical aesthetic and laser treatments within a clinical environment
- Strong consultation and skin analysis skills
- Demonstrated success recommending treatment plans and professional skincare products
- A consultative sales approach focused on education and delivering value to patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A polished, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care
- A passion for helping patients achieve exceptional, natural-looking results
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
