Franesse are seeking a Sales Representative.

Reporting directly to the VP Sales & Marketing, this individual will be responsible for supporting existing and developing new customers. Our target market is supermarket chains, independent food retailers and dealer/distributors.

Responsibilities:

· Develop new business targets and actively solicit new customers

· Develop new markets for existing and future products

· Provide superior service to current and future customers and well as distributors.

· Prepare and present quotes as required for new business

· Report regularly on customers, prospects, and sales activities.

· Travel as required to meet and support customers and prospects

Education/Work Experience/Personal Traits

Previous experience and existing contacts with Supermarket customers will be considered a strong asset. More importantly are personal traits of enthusiasm, energy, and goal oriented along with a good-natured personality. We place an emphasis on our customer relationships and ensuring the candidate is a good fit with our culture and values is extremely important.

Competence and Skills

· Proven track record in sales (Minimum 2 years)





· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

· Strong negotiation skills

· Resourceful, creative, and energetic

· Results oriented

· Organized and well structured

· Ability to comprehend some technical details and apply the Franesse DP solution to a variety of different environments

· A team player attitude

· Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, Teams/Zoom, ERP systems (SAP Business One an asset) and other automated tools

Conditions of employment

- Permanent Position
- Remote
- Standard work week: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. Typically 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Benefit package (health and dental) after 3 months of service; 80% paid by FEDP

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate on experience.
