Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Food and Beverage Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly, engaging demeanor
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, bar area, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts




- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations to promote safety for both guests and staff

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with service standards and customer interaction
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and transparent communication skills
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles within hospitality environments is advantageous
- Must be 19 years of age and have Safe Serve certification
