Position Overview

Premier Building Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Labourer / Lead Hand to join our team on the Mosaic Project in Taradale, Calgary. We are looking for a motivated professional with 5+ years of construction experience who takes pride in producing quality work, maintaining a safe job site, and supporting project success.





The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can work independently, coordinate daily labour activities, assist skilled trades, and mentor junior labourers when required. This position requires a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify priorities while maintaining productivity and site safety in a fast-paced construction environment.

Preference will be given to local candidates with experience in commercial, concrete, or wood-frame multi-family construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist skilled trades on site (carpenters, framers, etc.)
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform general labour duties as required
- Follow site safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Previous construction experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation to Dead Man’s Flats
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
