Description Service Advisor / Parts Advisor

We are a fast-paced and extremely busy automotive shop looking to hire a Service Advisor / Parts Advisor. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling both roles, with responsibilities including:

Assisting technicians

Looking up and ordering parts

Quoting repair bills

Advising customers on repairs

Booking appointments

Requirements:

Strong multitasking abilities

Excellent organizational skills

Punctual, adaptable, and able to thrive in a high-speed environment

Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and industry-specific software (shop management and parts lookup programs)

Previous customer service experience in the automotive field is a must- PLEASE DO NOT apply if you do not have service and parts experience in automotive diesel.

Pay: $48,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
