Job Responsibilities:
-prep and set up of workstations and equipment
-serve breakfast and lunch dishes

-supervise staff and manage the floor

-handle any guest concerns
-ensure that quality control and presentation standards are met
-maintain a clean/sanitized and orderly work workplace in the restaurant
-ensure all food/other items are properly stored
-monitor stock/shortages

Job Requirements:
-serving experience required
-excellent customer service skills
-be able to work in a team environment
-communication skills
