About the Role

Forster Harvard Development Corp. is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support the financial operations of the Forster Group of Companies, including Forster Foods Inc. Reporting to the VP, Finance, this role handles journal entries, daily cash activity, sales recording, depreciation and prepaid schedules, and month‑end/year‑end processes. The position also oversees accounts payable system administration and monitors costs and revenues against budgets.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare journal entries and manage daily cash activity
- Record sales and maintain depreciation/prepaid schedules
- Support month‑end and year‑end reconciliations, financial statements, and tax compliance
- Prepare working papers and assist with financial controls
- Administer accounts payable systems
- Monitor costs and revenues across multiple entities

What You Bring





- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or business accounting
- Proficiency with accounting and payroll software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High accuracy, analytical ability, and solid communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
