We are looking for motivated, self-driven Outbound Sales Agents to represent a leading Telecom provider across British Columbia and Alberta. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with solid networking skills and an existing or growing client base.

Products You Will Sell:

- Home Internet, TV, and Home Phone bundles
- Business Internet, TV, and Business Phone solutions
- Consumer and Business Cellphone plans
- Home and Business Security systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads within your personal/professional network and through referrals
- Conduct outbound calls, in-person meetings, or virtual consultations to present product offerings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bundled solutions (telecom + security)
- Guide customers through the sign-up/activation process
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets across all product lines
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed sales
- Stay updated on current promotions, pricing, and competitor offerings

Requirements:





- Prior experience in telecom, security, or outbound/direct sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
- Existing network or referral base within BC or Alberta is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable access to phone/internet and (if applicable) transportation for in-person meetings

Compensation:

- Healthy, uncapped commission structure on every product sold (residential + business)
- Additional incentives for bundled sales (multi-product deals)
