We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food import/distribution industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, shipping, and distribution.
- Oversee food import processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Process invoices and support accounting functions, including verifying billing accuracy and maintaining financial records.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, department managers, and external partners to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures.
- Develop and improve operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.




- Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management as needed.

Qualifications

- Bilingual (English and French) required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, food distribution, or food import logistics.
- Experience with invoicing, accounting support, and administrative operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and import procedures is an asset.
