You will also ensure the alignment with Agnico Eagle's health and safety culture while managing IT projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement solutions for technical issues
• Develop and maintain standard procedures and best practices
• Provide advanced support across a range of technologies




• Document changes in the IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Oversee IT projects and collaborate with different stakeholders

Requirements:
• Robust leadership and self-governance skills
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Active Directory
• Knowledge of routers, switches, and VoIP systems
• Familiarity with VMWare products and SAN technologies
• Good understanding of RF systems and Linux
