Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research aligned with Pôle D’s scientific objectives
• Develop and document data collection strategies




• Analyze data using appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods
• Produce scientific documents for publication
• Guide doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows informally

Requirements:
• PhD in management, psychology, sociology, or related field
• Experience in university-level research environments
• Ability to contribute to scientific publications
• Solid command of statistical analysis software
• Proficiency in both French and English
