Trenton Cold Storage is searching for a Director of Facilities and Maintenance.
This on-site role requires strong leadership in managing maintenance operations across multiple distribution centers.
You will drive asset management, energy efficiency, and collaborative support for warehousing, alongside developing a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute facility management and capital project initiatives
• Recognize maintenance needs and implement innovative solutions
• Manage the maintenance budget to control costs and improve efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Address emergency maintenance issues and root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Facilities Management or related field
• 8-10 years of relevant facility management experience
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of PLCs and CMMS is an asset
• Willingness to travel as needed
