Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative functions, including budgeting and personnel matters
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Provide clinical guidance to Pharmacy staff




• Collaborate with local and regional pharmacy leaders
• Support departmental initiatives for improved patient care

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized college
• Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of BC
• Five years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Two years of management experience
• Departmental Management Program Certificate or equivalent
