Duncan Hyundai is now part of the Kot Auto Group, marking an exciting new chapter for the dealership. We are currently looking to add Sales Consultants to support our continued operations and enhance our customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for understanding and meeting client needs, with robust sales commission experience and a high customer service focus. You are confident in the sales process, take pride in your work, and consistently guide clients through a seamless experience. A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Meet monthly and annual sales target goals
- Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis
- Communicate regularly with past and present customers
- Be precise with information
- Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
- Be able to crush goals
- Be ready to be a part of a championship team

Requirements:

- Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle
- Basic Computer Skills
- Self confidence is key
- Ability to self-manage
- Ambitious and approachable
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused and strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Coachable and trainable




- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call
- Valid Driver’s License is required
