Summary

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman HD Truck and transport Mechanic to join our team in Fort McMurray. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty equipment essential for our mining operations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of ensuring safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

- Repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul, and maintain equipment.
- All preventative maintenance and repairs
- Test repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a commitment to protected work practices at all times.
- Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately.




- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Mobile repair service
- Air conditioning maintenance and repairs
- Tractor/trailer alignments
- Red Seal/Journeyman/Journeywoman HET certification is mandatory.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills are essential.
- Exhaust and DPF replacement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract is required.
- Tire installation, repair and balancing

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 84 per week
