WheelsCo is expanding our team and is currently seeking two Sales Representatives / Product Specialists.

As a Sales Representative / Product Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers select the right wheels, tires, and accessories while providing expert product knowledge and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on vehicle specifications, performance requirements, budget, and brand preferences.
- Prepare accurate quotations, source products, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the installation and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, recent products, and vehicle applications to provide accurate technical recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service, preferably in the wheels and tires industry.
- Strong knowledge of aftermarket wheels, tires,



and vehicle fitment is considered an asset.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or online sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in French, Cantonese, or Spanish is considered an asset.

Availability Needed:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
