Kidco Construction is looking for an experienced and reliable Mini Hoe Operator to join our busy Foundation Excavation (Basements) Division.

Our ideal candidate has:

- 3+ years experience using a Mini Hoe in a foundation excavation setting (tight spaces)
- A valid Class 5 drivers license and able to provide a clean drivers abstract
- Basement experience is essential, especially with backfilling, loaming, etc.
- Must be able to follow direction and work independently
- Experience and knowledge reading plot plans is preferred
- Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel and lift up to 35 pounds (fences)

Typical Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday: 10-12 hours per day
