Key Responsibilities:

- Design and govern incentive-based compensation plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders




- Manage end-to-end incentive processes including payouts
- Ensure compliance and strong governance over compensation programs
- Analyze performance data to inform plan design

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in compensation and incentive plans
- Strong understanding of governance and compliance
- Advanced analytical skills including Excel
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
