The Pharos Data & Analytics team is seeking a Lead Data Engineer with over six years of data engineering experience, along with a track record in mentorship.

In this role, you will lead a squad, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality data solutions while working hands-on with Python and various data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a squad of data engineers in technical direction
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize the backlog
• Own end-to-end delivery of data products
• Design and implement scalable pipelines with PySpark
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

Requirements:
• 6+ years hands-on data engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark
• Experience with Databricks and SQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Azure preferred
• Knowledge of Terraform and Airflow
