In this senior role, you will report to the Director, leading the Distribution Engineering & Asset Information team.

Your leadership will bridge engineering analytics with asset governance, contributing to Hydro Ottawa’s sustainability goals.

You will mentor professionals while managing a team that ensures grid resilience and compliance through rigorous assessments and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team performance and set departmental goals
• Direct GIS data governance and interoperability frameworks




• Spearhead localized capacity evaluations and impact assessments
• Conduct root-cause analysis for system improvements
• Govern engineering processes for short-circuit calculations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Qualified Engineer licensed in Ontario
• Five years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of asset management frameworks
• English essential; French is an asset
