As a Technology Business Lead at Tangerine’s Digital Wealth group, you will play a key role in understanding business problems and identifying technology solutions.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong stakeholder engagement abilities.

With a deep understanding of digital platforms, you’ll guide the Business Analyst Community while ensuring that client-centric solutions are prioritized throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Product Owner and stakeholders to document visions
• Thoroughly communicate and manage stakeholder requirements




• Elicit and discover requirements through diverse methods
• Collaborate on managing change requests and project issues
• Promote an inclusive and high-performing team culture

Requirements:
• 5+ years experiencing in relevant Technology Lead roles
• Strong familiarity with Agile and other delivery methodologies
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• High proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
