Duties

- Engage with potential and existing customers through outside sales efforts, identifying their equipment needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging marketing initiatives to expand market reach.
- Reporting to the Sales manager and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts by providing ongoing support, understanding client requirements, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Promote our product offerings through targeted marketing strategies and demonstrations.




- Utilize Motion's CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management efficiently.
- Collaborate with dealership teams to understand product specifications and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Comply with warranty requirements with all new sales.
- Complete paperwork in a timely and organized manner.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales with a focus on equipment or machinery.
- Solid negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining customer trust.
- Excellent account management capabilities to nurture client relationships over time.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a positive attitude, integrity and proactive communication style.
