Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to join Avolve Trucking Solutions. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, building solid client relationships, and promoting our platform and services to trucking carriers and industry professionals. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Visit prospective and existing clients to present and promote Avolve's platform and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to represent and promote Avolve Trucking Solutions.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and meet established sales and business development targets.

Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing,



or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads, prospect new clients, and close sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM Software, Microsoft Office and basic business software tools.
- Experience in the trucking, transportation, logistics, or B2B sales industry is considered an asset.

Additional Information

- This is a field-based position, with approximately 70–80% of time spent visiting clients, attending meetings, networking, and attending industry events.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
- Compensation: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses and gas reimbursement for work-related travel.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
