Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Cloud Developer with a strong focus on architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, particularly in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires a deep understanding of GCP Cloud Interconnect and Cloud VPN, which are critical for our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud architectures using GCP.
- Manage and optimize GCP Cloud Interconnect and Cloud VPN solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and best practices.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of cloud applications.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in cloud environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with GCP Cloud Interconnect and Cloud VPN.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.
- Certifications in GCP or related cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in cloud development and architecture.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
