Job Posting: Power Equipment Assembly Technician
Location: Sturgeon County (Just on the edge of St. Albert)
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 / hour to start (based on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-Time, Permanent

The Work
We build heavy-duty power equipment that keeps critical infrastructure, entertainment events, and remote job sites running across North America. We don't do quick-paced, flimsy assembly lines—we build industrial-grade generators and power distribution systems from the skid up, and we build them to last.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, you’ll be the hands-on force putting together the heavy structural backbone of our equipment:

- Engine & Component Rigging: Rig, set, and align gaseous engines and generators onto heavy steel frames with high precision.
- Mechanical Plumbing: Route and fit industrial radiators, cooling loops, fuel lines, and exhaust systems.
- Heavy Tool Operations: Work daily with overhead cranes, impact guns, and precision torque wrenches.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions to build custom units to spec.
- Quality & Alignment: Check your own tolerances, bolt torques, and clearances before units head down the line to testing.

What You Bring

- Mechanical Background: 2+ years in heavy manufacturing, automotive/diesel repair, equipment assembly, or industrial fabrication.
- Precision Mindset: You care about the details. A misaligned belt, sloppy hose routing, or missed torque spec doesn't leave your bay.




- Reliable Transportation: Our shop is located in Sturgeon County (minutes outside St. Albert), so you’ll need a dependable vehicle to get here every day.
- Solid Work Ethic: You show up on time, take ownership of your builds, and look out for the safety of the crew around you.
