Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will align prevention strategies with HSMS principles, ensuring adherence to CSA standards.

Your role will enhance internal responsibility and cultivate a safety-first culture in line with NH’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Align prevention strategies with Health & Safety Management System principles
• Oversee integration of health and safety programs into operational systems




• Coordinate WorkSafeBC high risk strategy planning with senior leaders
• Develop relationships to monitor workplace health trends and best practices
• Promote safety culture across Northern Health

Requirements:
• Experience in health and safety management
• Knowledge of BC legislation and CSA standards
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to coordinate with senior leaders
• Commitment to workplace health and safety integration
