This full time position allows you to leverage your NSWOC certification and extensive knowledge in wound management.
You will promote patient self-management, assess wounds, and lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of wounds and ostomies
• Recommend interventions to reduce visit frequency
• Implement conservative sharp wound debridement techniques
• Develop measurable goals with clients and caregivers
• Collaborate with nursing teams to provide high-quality care
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• NSWOC certification or pending CNA exam
• Minimum years of experience in wound management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for regular travel
