Lead the transformation of work management in the City of Toronto as a Senior Solutions Designer.

This role focuses on IBM Maximo, technical architecture, and providing integrated solutions onsite three days a week.

As part of the Enterprise Work Management System (EWMS) Program, you will oversee the technical design and development of custom applications within a fast-paced, complex environment.

Your expertise will guide the configuration of enterprise architecture and solutions under the Maximo framework while ensuring efficient change management and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design custom applications and interfaces for IBM Maximo
• Develop and implement technical strategies for work management
• Manage enterprise architecture layout and configurations




• Support testing and validation of vendor solutions
• Assist business units in production support transition

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6 and 9.1 systems
• Robust knowledge of Cloud transformations and ERP systems
• Experience with stakeholder communication methodologies
• Proven ability in operational optimization and risk management
