Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant (10+ years) to support organizational transformation using change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning

Join a high-visibility modernization initiative supporting critical applications and services within a federal policing workplace.

This role supports the Digital Evidence Analysis project through change management strategy development, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, communication planning, and adoption activities aligned to organizational transformation objectives.

The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to support successful user adoption and transition activities across the Integrated Information Service program.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in change management , organizational transformation , and stakeholder engagement
- Change management strategy , readiness assessments , impact assessments , and adoption planning
- Communication plans , stakeholder engagement strategies , KPIs , and risk mitigation plans
- Executive presentations , governance meetings , and collaboration with business and technical teams

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within the Government of Canada
- Participation in scrum meetings, backlog grooming sessions, and requirements workshops




- Exposure to organizational realignment and restructuring initiatives

Responsibilities

- Develop and own the change management strategy aligned with business goals
- Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for change initiatives
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and surveys
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans
- Conduct impact assessments across people, process, and technology
- Track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change-related risks
- Provide updates, presentations, and recommendations to executives and governance bodies
