Lead strategic communications and philanthropy for Pacific Community Resources Society in a hybrid setting.
Drive impactful storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and donor facilitation.
As the Communications & Philanthropy Manager, you will report to the CEO and collaborate across PCRS to align communications with strategic goals.
This key role focuses on enhancing internal communication, improving organizational storytelling, and building philanthropic capacity to support vulnerable communities.
You will build relationships essential for fundraising and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evolve PCRS' communications strategy
• Develop annual engagement plans to boost organizational priorities
• Provide strategic support to leadership in communications initiatives
• Strengthen internal communication systems for staff alignment
• Oversee external content across multiple platforms
Requirements:
• 5 years in communications or related fields
• Degree in public relations, marketing, or nonprofit management
• Solid relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with media relations and crisis communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools
