Join our team as our newest Production Supervisor on afternoon shift (4pm-12am)

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday for overtime supervision

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Planning, organizing, and supervising daily scheduled production.
- Ensure required supervision documents are completed timely and accurately and that through employees in the work area or areas deemed responsible that all documents are completed accurately.
- Monitor and/or control quality and production levels.
- Investigate occurrences, timely accident and or investigative reports, first aid reports, and all follow-up in such matters to closure.
- 100% on the floor supervison

What are we looking for?

- Post-Secondary or equivalent work experience
- Safety, quality, leadership training
- 5 or more years in a supervisory or lead hand position




- Experience in automotive manufacturing, or assembly is an asset
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Proven leadership and team-building ability

Pay: $57,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
