We are a growing utility contractor with multiple projects across the Ottawa area and are currently looking for experienced construction labourers to join our team.

This role is best suited for individuals with a solid background in construction (civil, utility, concrete, asphalt, or similar) who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can contribute to a productive crew.

We offer full-time, competitive wages ($28–$36/hour based on experience), group advantages, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hand digging and trench preparation
- Assisting with installation of underground piping and conduits
- Pulling and handling wire and materials
- Concrete forming and pouring
- Asphalt placement and surface restoration
- Placing precast structures
- General labour and support to crews on site

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of construction labour experience (civil, utility, concrete, asphalt, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
- Physically fit and capable of heavy manual labour




- Comfortable working long hours in all weather conditions
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Assets:

- Experience working around underground utilities
- WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications
