we are dedicated to providing our community with the freshest, high-quality grab-and-go meals. We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sushi Helper to support our sushi production team in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Job Overview:As a Sushi Helper, you will work directly with our Sushi Chef/Team to prepare ingredients, assemble grab-and-go sushi, and maintain a spotless, high-volume counter. This is a fast-paced role that requires speed, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Wash, peel, slice, and trim ingredients. Cook and season sushi rice according to company standards.

Production & Packaging: Assist in rolling/preparing basic sushi items, and carefully assemble, package, label, and date finished grab-and-go trays.

Customer Service: Maintain a fully stocked, visually appealing sushi display case. Greet customers and assist with inquiries if needed.Sanitation & Cleaning: Wash dishes,



sanitize countertops, clean kitchen equipment, and manage trash removal to meet strict health and safety guidelines.

Inventory: Help receive, rotate, and store grocery/seafood deliveries in refrigerators and freezers.

Qualifications:Previous food service, kitchen, or sushi production experience is an asset, but we provide on-the-job training.

Comfort with early morning shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM) and standing for extended periods of time.High attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.Robust hand-eye coordination and dexterity.A valid Food Handler Certificate is considered a strong asset.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
