Position: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator (Infant Class)
Location: 211 Belsize Drive - Toronto

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and social interaction.
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s developmental milestones and behaviours.
- Develop positive, trusting relationships with parents and families, fostering open communication about their child’s progress.
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s growth, ensuring compliance with center policies and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive classroom atmosphere.




- Ensure all activities align with child development principles and the center’s philosophy.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent.
- Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE).
- Proven experience working with infants or young children in a childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
