Carewest is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist for Glenmore Park to support client care in our Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments, planning treatments, and facilitating discharges for residents needing restorative care.
The role also supports clinical supervision of staff and students, making it ideal for new graduates interested in enhancing their skills and career trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments to create effective treatment plans
• Provide treatment and discharge planning for residents
• Support clinical supervision of staff and students
• Enhance residents' functional independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta
• Experience in clinical or continuing care settings is an asset
• AADL authorizer certification is preferred
• Open to current graduates and physiotherapist interns
