Provide expert musculoskeletal care and exercise management to patients with complex pain.

The Sport & Exercise Medicine Physician plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, non-operative care by diagnosing musculoskeletal issues and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.

You will engage with an interdisciplinary team comprising specialists from anesthesiology to physiotherapy, ensuring comprehensive patient care and rehabilitation.

This position focuses on managing chronic pain and guiding patients through their recovery journey while educating them about pain management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and diagnoses
• Develop tailored exercise and management plans for patients




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Monitor and prescribe non-opioid pharmacological treatments
• Document medical records and billing according to clinic standards

Requirements:
• MD from a recognized medical school
• Three years of independent clinical practice
• Certification in Sport & Exercise Medicine preferred
• Experience in managing chronic pain populations
• Current practicing registration with CPSBC
