• Conduct comprehensive strength-based assessments

• Participate in the Duty Rota for social work coverage
• Maintain thorough records in manual and electronic formats

Requirements:
• Proven experience in social work, ideally with three years' references
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Liquid Logic software preferred
• Commitment to user independence and well-being
• Ability to work collaboratively with voluntary sector support
