The Bridge is expanding and looking for a Program Director to oversee clinical operations at the Youth Recovery House.

With more than 50 years of experience supporting youth, you will play a key role in creating a safe and engaging environment.

Your leadership will guide staff, ensuring that our services align with best practices in substance use recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical supervision for a diverse recovery team
• Ensure adherence to program standards and safety protocols
• Spearhead the development of the Youth Recovery House Phase II program




• Collaborate on community initiatives and committees
• Mentor and evaluate program staff for skilled growth

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral field
• 5+ years of management experience in substance use treatment
• Experience in facility-based recovery programs
• Knowledge of youth and family dynamics
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
