Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience in a fast-paced food industry environment. Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Support cooking processes by following safety and quality guidelines
- Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Ensure timely and effective service during busy periods
- Support front-of-house staff as needed to ensure seamless service flow




- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to uphold health standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
- Basic understanding of food industry standards and meal preparation processes

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
