What you'll earn

Uncapped commissions with a structure designed to reward high producers. If you're currently billing $250K+ annually, our model is built specifically so that number goes up, not down.

Who we're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in a 360 recruitment environment
- Deep expertise and genuine passion for a sector or niche you know you can dominate
- A proven track record of $250,000 or more in annual billings, consistently
- The drive to work on your own terms — your schedule, your location, your clients
- An excellent internet connection and the discipline to perform without someone managing your day
