Starline Cabinets is a well-established custom cabinet manufacturer serving the Fraser Valley for over 35 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Design & Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to design cabinetry that suits their needs, prepare proposals, and confidently close sales.
- Accurately measure projects and prepare detailed cabinet drawings and specifications for production.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Starline's products and stay current with new product offerings.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and help promote Starline Cabinets and our products.
- Work closely with the production team, installers, and office staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience from concept to completion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in home interior design or a related field.
- Previous experience in the cabinet industry is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
- Strong design skills with the creativity to transform a customer's ideas into functional and beautiful spaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence.

Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
