Our newly opening family practice is looking for a compassionate, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our interprofessional team, ideally starting mid-August 2026!

What You’ll Do

- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing chronic disease management.




- Provide timely episodic care for acute issues and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications within scope, and build tailored care plans.
- Partner with patients on preventive care, wellness promotion, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date EMR documentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensure: Current, valid registration as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary Health Care or Adult) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Clinical Skill: Demonstrated clinical competence in full-scope primary care.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g. TELUS PS Suite).

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
