Duties

- Diagnose and repair heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections to prevent breakdowns
- Conduct welding, assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on diverse equipment types
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Heavy lifting of components and equipment parts using appropriate lifting techniques or machinery
- Interpret technical schematics and manuals to identify issues accurately and implement effective solutions




- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair statuses clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during on-site visits

Skills

- Proven dealership or heavy equipment service experience with a strong mechanical background
- Extensive knowledge of excavator, crane, forklift, and other industrial equipment maintenance and repair
- Skilled in welding, electrical systems, automotive repair, and working with schematics
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and diagnostic instruments
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery or similar brands is highly desirable
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working in various outdoor environments
