Era Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Thornhill, where thoughtful instruction, genuine connection, and an elevated client experience come together.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for exceptional instructors who bring more than technical skill. We value presence, professionalism, positive energy, and a genuine passion for helping people move well.

We're selective about who joins our team because our instructors are at the heart of the Era experience.

Who You Are

You're more than certified- you have presence.

You know how to command a room with confidence, create genuine connections, and make every client feel supported, challenged, and successful.

You bring:

- A recognized Pilates certification (STOTT, Body Harmonics, BASI, Balanced Body, or an equivalent recognized program)
- Experience teaching group Reformer Pilates classes
- Strong instructor presence with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Positive energy that motivates and inspires
- Exceptional cueing with strong attention to form, alignment and movement quality
- The ability to safely provide thoughtful modifications and layered progressions
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
- A passion for building lasting relationships with clients
- Availability including early mornings,



evenings, and/or weekends

The Role

Lead secure, thoughtful, and challenging Reformer Pilates classes that reflect the Era standard- intentional, welcoming, and results-driven.

Private and semi-private teaching opportunities are also available.
