Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Conduct informative product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, ensuring they find the best fit for their usage
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods




- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone
- Support store operations through inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement
- Knowledge of wireless products, plans, and technical features; experience with product demos is advantageous
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or totals
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques, POS systems, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining integrity and customer trust
